Acceptance of Terms "By accessing or using the Elite Edge website and submitting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Service Agreement." 

Service Agreement "All booked cleanout services are governed by a separate, formal Elite Edge Service Agreement which must be signed prior to service commencement. This Agreement outlines the final guaranteed quote, deposit requirements, and scope of work." 

Pricing & Estimates "All prices listed on this site are estimates only. A guaranteed final quote is provided only after an on-site assessment by an Elite Edge representative."

Cancellation Policy "Cancellations made by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit."  

Liability "Elite Edge Property Management, LLC maintains comprehensive General Liability Insurance to protect your property and our team. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not clearly designated for removal."
